After the goods are shipped, we will provide you with the courier company name and tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to view a tracking summary that lists delivery information captured at various scan points throughout the item’s journey.

Our products are all made in Hong Kong.

We are an internet business so we do not have a traditional brick and mortar store to view our products. By eliminating these overhead costs, we are able to offer prices that are significantly lower than traditional retailers.
Remember, Karoistyle offers a 24-day return policy on unwanted items, so there’s no risk.

If you’re having trouble checking out or the “Place Order” button isn’t working, consider the following suggestions:

·If your checkout page is gray, it usually means you may be missing some information.
·If this doesn’t solve your problem, using a different device/browser may help. Our website is designed to work with the latest versions of Internet Explorer, but if you are using an older version of Internet Explorer, sometimes aspects of checkout will not display or function properly.
·You can also try using PayPal to checkout and see if that helps.

Finally, some of these proven fixes may resolve the issue:
·Clear browser cache.
·Make sure your web browser is up to date and JavaScript is enabled.
·Try a new web browser entirely (we recommend Google Chrome).
·Temporarily disable any antivirus software or ad blockers you are running.

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully processed, please keep your email address at hand.

Please check your spam folder as the confirmation email may be mistaken for spam and end up in it. Order confirmations are usually sent immediately, but there may be delays. If you haven’t received anything after 24 hours, please contact us so we can check if everything is OK with your order.

Usually we ensure that the inventory of products on the shelves is sufficient, but the inventory of some customized products and sizes exceeding the logistics limit will be set to 0. Please contact us to confirm product inventory.

If you need to receive an invoice, you can contact our customer service team to request one.

You can pay using PayPal or using a compatible credit card as shown on the checkout page.

All payments made on the Karoistyle website are highly secure. Our website uses 128-bit SSL encryption and is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. This is the same level of encryption used by major banks to keep your information safe. Therefore, you can rest assured that any information submitted on our website is safe.

If your credit card is declined, consider the following suggestions:
·You have reached your credit limit
·Verify payment information (credit card number, expiration date or security code)
If you are still having issues, please consider using another method of payment or contacting our staff.

We will endeavor to ship in-stock items within 14 working days from the date of purchase. If your order is urgent, please call us for current stock availability and to confirm current delivery time before shipping if it is not in stock at the time of purchase. In-stock orders placed and paid in full before 8am on shipping day will be dispatched within 3 days. Excludes public holidays.

It only takes a few days or less for you to receive your refund. Please allow extra time as many banks, especially debit cards, will hold authorizations for 48 hours to allow the supplier to submit the authorization.

Many items ship to most locations worldwide. Unfortunately, there are restrictions on shipping large items outside the United States. If you are in Canada and want a large item shipped to you, you will typically need a customs broker to order the product. Please contact us via chat or our email [email protected] for more information.

Most of our packages ship free, if you need faster shipping, please contact our customer service team in advance. Please note that Karoistyle is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees required upon delivery.

You only need to wait a few days or less to receive information about your chargeback. Please allow extra time as many banks (especially debit cards) will hold authorizations for 48 hours to allow the vendor to submit the authorization.

To return a product you need to write an email to [email protected]. We will verify your request and send you the correct process to proceed.

Our courier will send you a message the night before delivery. If you know you won’t be home to receive the delivery, you can let the delivery person know or leave him/her a note explaining that he/she can leave the package with a neighbor.
However, there is no guarantee that the delivery person will read and follow the instructions on the note. In this case, you will find a receipt with instructions for planning another delivery.

Sorry in most cases you can’t. You may be able to change your shipping address if it is in the same country you selected when placing your order.

While every effort has been made to depict items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and color reproduction is as accurate as photographic processing or printed materials allow. Please note that color variations may occur depending on calibration and screen settings. Since each of our products is handmade, there may be slight variations in the assembly and finish of each product. The latter in no way affects the quality, craftsmanship, aesthetics or functionality of the piece.

All our products are decorative pieces made by professional craftsmen and they are made for your indoor use. We recommend storing them in a dry place at room temperature. We recommend gently cleaning the product with a damp cloth. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper cleaning, use of cleaning products or misuse.

Complete assembly instructions are provided in the box of each product. It is recommended that lighting fixtures be installed by professionals. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for mishaps and/or accidents that may occur due to improper use and/or installation of our products.
